These terms govern your use of Arcaevo's app, website and testing service. By creating an account or ordering a test, you agree to them. Please read the wellness disclaimer carefully.
Who provides Arcaevo
Arcaevo is a product of Codú Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company registration number [TODO: CRO number]), with its registered office in Dublin, Ireland. In these terms, "Arcaevo", "we", "us" and "our" mean Codú Limited. You can contact us at privacy@arcaevo.com.
The service
Arcaevo provides at-home blood testing, interpretation, wearable fusion and coaching for wellness and optimisation. We are not a medical practice and do not provide diagnosis or treatment.
Wellness, not medical advice
Arcaevo is designed for healthy adults optimising their health. Our insights are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for professional medical care. When a result crosses a clinical threshold we flag it and advise you to consult your GP. Always seek medical advice for symptoms or concerns, and call 112 in an emergency.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, follow test instructions (including fasting), use the service lawfully, and keep your login secure. Results depend on correct sample collection.
Membership & payment
Membership is billed annually and renews unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid term. Included tests ship or are booked when you join; extra tests and cadence bundles are charged per order. A test is fully refundable until the kit ships or the draw is booked; once a sample is processed it is non-refundable. Prices include kit or nurse visit, processing, clinician review and app access.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Arcaevo is not liable for decisions you make based on wellness insights, or for outcomes that fall outside the scope of a wellness service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
